Automated Meal Card System
When your child makes a purchase in the cafeteria, their card is passed through a scanner, similar to the grocery store. The amount of the transaction is then deducted form the balance. The meal card system records all deposits and purchases on your son or daughter’s account, and tracks the balance on a daily basis. It will roll over from semester to semester and even year to year. If you son or daughter is graduating, it can be passed on to a sibling or you may request a refund. If your account falls below $15.00, we will send a note home, which should give you a time to send in additional funds. If the account balance falls below “0”, your child will be provided with a sandwich and mild until additional funds are deposited.
K-5th will only be able to buy plate lunches.
6th-12th can purchase a plate lunch or buy a la carte.
