The 2007 – 2008 Annual Fund Campaign is a yearly, tax-deductible fundraiser to provide financial aid and scholarships, upgrade academic and technology programs for students and teachers, augment teacher and staff salaries and support campus ministry.

The goal of the 2007 – 2008 Annual Fund Campaign is to raise $170,000 and to achieve 100% participation from our families by the close of the campaign on May 31, 2008.

FAMILY Fundraising Goals – Each family is expected to fundraise $1,500 per family, in addition to tuition and fees. The Annual Fund Campaign, as well as, the Gala Benefit Auction/Treasure Chest Raffle event, are ways in which Gateway families will be able to meet their $1,500 expectation.

• All donations made to the Annual Appeal will count toward the $1,500 fundraising expectation per family.
• All donations made to the Annual Appeal are tax deductible.

Annual Fund Campaign Timeline

• The Annual Fund Campaign will begin in September, 2007 and end May 31, 2008.
• Annual Fund Campaign Brochure / Pledge Card will be mailed in September.
• Pledges are due by November 1 (Pledges are a promise to pay a specific dollar amount).
• Phone-A-Thon – In support of the Annual Fund Campaign, a volunteer committee will make phone calls throughout the campaign to achieve 100% parent participation for this fundraiser.
• Final Payments on Pledges are due by May 31, 2008.
